PAUL MELLOR
Paul is a partner at Clarke Nicklin, overseeing the Business Advisory client base.
Prior to joining Clarke Nicklin, Paul spent five years with Stockport based Allens Accountants focussing on the technical side of the profession and specialising in areas such as tax. He also spent a short time at Madison’s accountants earlier in his career.
Paul has been with Clarke Nicklin since 2004, having joined the practice shortly after its acquisition by senior partners Steve Humphries and Andrew Baggott. He has worked his way up to director level, and now heads up the business advisory department, managing a team of portfolio managers and clients ranging from sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
Paul has also played an integral role in the professional development of Clarke Nicklin staff and leads the company’s ACA training programme, mentoring a number of trainees.
Paul lives in Bramhall. He enjoys socialising and watching football, particularly Manchester City.
