Local Chartered Accountants Clarke Nicklin has raised even more for the Stockport based branch of Multiple Sclerosis.  Marketing Manager Julie Etchells competed in the Nantwich triathlon on 3 June to raise £315 through sponsorship.  This was boosted a further £40 by her partner Pete Tunstall competing in the same event.  It consists of a 500m swim, 20k bike ride finishing with a 5k run.  She is delighted by her time of 1.34.09!  Julie comments "The run was the hardest part; getting off the bike straight into a run is an absolute killer.  I now have the bug and can’t wait to do the next one in September!"

Also Lynn Spence who joined the Tax department in early February fronted an MS Cake Break Day on 4 June.  It was very well received raising a fantastic £52 which was then doubled by the company.  She home baked and sold a huge range of cakes which quickly disappeared.  Unfortunately for Lynn everyone would love it to be a monthly if not daily event!

The total Clarke Nicklin have raised this year for Multiple Sclerosis is now up to £983.35.
